Information for Contractors
On an on-going basis, the Authority will open the EHR and SFR Program bid lists for eligible contractors to be pre-qualified to bid on construction contracts during the current program year. On an annual basis, DURA advertises in a local publication and any relevant publications deemed appropriate to achieve MBE/WBE/SBE participation and to solicit qualified contractors to participate in the DURA's housing programs. The qualified contractor list is updated as often as new qualified contractors apply for inclusion.
